We are proud to provide a high-quality musical education with trained, professional staff at an economical cost. LYC offers scholarship assistance to all deserving students in our community. Tuition for one student for the season is $700.

What does it cost Lumina Youth Choirs to make music?

Here are some examples of what your donation can do…

 

•    $250 – funds a guest instrumentalist

•    $500 – provides a partial tour scholarship

•    $700 – provides a full season scholarship

•    $1500 – funds a concert videographer

•    $3,000 – covers venue costs for a concert 

•    $4,000 – funds tour charter bus costs
•    $5,000 – commissions a new choral work

•    $7,000 – funds a Conductor for the season

•    $10,000 – funds a regional choral festival

•    $15,000 – provides summer choral camps for all LYC singers

Donations In-Kind

We also accept in-kind donations such as office supplies.

Planned Giving
You can schedule automatic monthly donations from your bank account. All you need to do is contact us to set it up.

For example, donations of $10 each month would total $120 yearly.

Matching Gifts
Many companies will match your donation; some do 100% matches, and others do less.

There are also companies out there that will donate money for your volunteer hours.

Contact your employer and see if they offer matching gifts.
